Package Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
